Prices
Are the prices exact?
Prices in the app are estimates worked out from the fee details we have. The sign on site comes first.
The app misread a sign.
Signs are read on your phone, and readings can be wrong. Check the sign on site.
Coverage
Is every parking lot in Japan listed?
No. Parkuma shows only the lots it has listed, and the number varies by area.
Can I rely on the car fit check?
It compares your car with the limits we have for a lot. Without that data it can’t give an answer. Check the signs on site as well.
Why can’t I see Look Around?
Look Around covers some areas only, and it isn’t exact entrance data.
Account
How do I delete my account?
Open the My car screen in the app. Your cars, settings, points, chats and other data are permanently deleted and can’t be restored.
Points
How do I earn points?
Photograph the sign on site, within 80 m of the lot. A new lot earns ¥150 and a price change ¥80, both after another user confirms. Confirming an old price earns ¥5.
Is there a limit or an expiry date?
You can earn up to ¥500 a day. Points last 180 days from when they arrive.
Can points pay for parking?
No. They can’t pay for parking, and they have no cash value and can’t be transferred.

Which devices are supported?
We’re preparing the app for iPhone on iOS 18 or later. We’ll announce the release on this site.
